Home delivery by courier
We use two courier services: DPD and Deliver-It. Deliver-It covers Dublin and the surrounding counties, and DPD covers all other counties, including Northern Ireland and Europe.
Once your order has been packed at our warehouse it is collected by the courier after 3pm and you will receive an email that evening with your tracking information. On the morning of delivery the courier will send you a delivery time, usually with a 1 to 2 hour window. Delivery is normally the next working day. Couriers do not deliver at weekends.
DPD parcels can be tracked at dpd.ie. Deliver-It parcels can be tracked using the link in your dispatch email.
Please note that the delivery companies' policy is to leave the parcel in a safe place when they see fit. If you would prefer your parcel not to be left, or you have a specific instruction for the driver, add it in the delivery notes at checkout.

Order processing time
Online orders are collected by our courier at 3pm and delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be collected the next day for delivery the following day. Couriers do not deliver over the weekend. 98% of orders are delivered the next working day.
