Ordering and delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland is free on orders of €35 or more, and €5.95 on orders under €35. We cannot currently deliver to the UK mainland. For delivery to Europe, email us for a quote. Full details are on our Delivery Information page.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day and normally arrive the next working day. You will get a tracking email the evening your order is collected, and a delivery window from the courier on the morning of delivery.
Who delivers my order?
Deliver-It for Dublin and the surrounding counties, and DPD for everywhere else, including Northern Ireland.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email query@naturallywild.ie with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will change or cancel it. If it has already left us, you can return it under our Refund Policy.
Returns and refunds
Can I return something?
Yes. You can return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. Food and treats must have the seal intact. See our Refund Policy for how to return an item.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you, and we will cover the cost of returning it.
How long does a refund take?
We issue the refund as soon as the return reaches us. It leaves our account straight away, but your bank can take up to 10 days to show it.
Our food
Do I need to keep the fresh dog food jars in the fridge?
Not until they are opened. The jars are shelf-stable, so keep them in a cupboard. Once opened, keep the jar in the fridge and use it within a few days.
Can I feed the fresh jars as a complete meal?
Yes. Each menu is a complete and balanced meal, and it also works as a topper on dry food. Feeding amounts are on the jar and on each product page.
Are the cat food tins suitable for kittens and older cats?
Yes. Every tin is a complete and balanced meal for all life stages, from kitten to senior.
Where do your ingredients come from?
Our food and treats are made with ingredients sourced within the EU, and every product page lists exactly what is in it.
Why does the size or colour of my treats vary?
Our treats are single-ingredient, air-dried and not processed into a uniform shape, so size and colour naturally vary from pack to pack.
